The RRA is geared towards looking at the branch from a criminal’s perspective, identifying absent or weak controls that could or would enable a criminal to execute a successful compromise or robbery of your institution. This service can be delivered as a standalone engagement or as an expansion of other CastleGarde Risk Assessment services. The RRA is performed onsite at the clients location or locations depending on specific needs.
All findings or observations are reported in a detailed Robbery Risk Assessment report along with specific recommendations to strengthen the physical security controls of the credit union and to ensure the protection and safety of credit union employees and assets. Additionally, “Board Level” reports can also be provided by request.
